Our current Sales and Marketing Manager has assumed a new position in the company and we are now looking for a new Sales and Marketing Manager that will drive our digital marketing efforts and manage our sales activities globally.
In ExproSoft you will work with an international team in a global market, delivering digital solutions and services to operators worldwide. We have mature products and an established, leading market position in a growing market. Our company has great ambitions for further expansion. Our main owners are Investinor and Viking Venture.
• Manage all sales activities and tenders.
• Create proposals and contracts to new clients.
• Contract renewals and pricing strategy.
• Cooperate with our sales agents worldwide
• Digital marketing, lead generation and conversion to sales.
• Manage and update our website and social media.
• Manage marketing efforts, campaigns, white papers, webinar and videos.
• Attend conferences, seminars and other events.
Requirements and personal qualities:
• Relevant experience within software sales & digital marketing.
• Business mindset, customer orientation and understanding of software industry.
• Structured, ability to prioritize and establish good processes.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English.
• Experience from the oil & gas industry.
